The fate of people to whom false passports and citizenship certificates of Latin American countries were issued remains largely unknown. The commencement of large-scale research and dissemination on this episode in the history of Polish diplomacy has sparked a response from the families of passport holders from around the world. Their loved ones contact with the Pilecki Institute, often revealing personal and moving stories. We want to share them as they represent the most valuable evidence of the significant role played by the Ładoś Group.
