Exhibitions,

In the ghetto

24 August – 24 September 2021
Riga, Rīgas geto un Latvijas holokausta muzejs

The Riga Ghetto Museum commemorates the deaths of 90,000 Jews in Latvia, including 70,000 Latvian Jews and 20,000 Jews from Western Europe who were transported to Latvia. It is a unique location due to the fact that the area in which the ghetto was located was not built over after the Second World War.

The Pilecki Institute in cooperation with the Polish Embassy in Riga presented the “Passports for Life” exhibition to the museum’s visitors in Latvian and English.
